The monthly business meeting follows an agenda presented by the club president, Diana Vergara and attended by the club Board, Officers and Committees. Agenda topics include Finances, Membership and the Ride Calendar, as well as old and new business.
Proposals are presented for a Board discussion and vote. A Board quorum is needed to approve proposals presented during the meeting.
This meeting is currently held online and is open to active members to attend. If a member would like to present at the meeting, they should present their topic to the Diana Vergara in advance of the meeting for agenda.
