The Veloteers Bicycle Club, with the support of MJ BPAC and MJPD, invite all cyclists in the area to join us for the Mt. Juliet Ride of Silence as we honor the memory of our friend and fellow cyclist, Alyssa Milligan, and all those who have been killed or injured by a motorist.
Please arrive at the Mt. Juliet Train Station by 6:30 PM. Our Ride of Silence is a 4 mile loop beginning at the train station. Midpoint we will stop for a tribute to our fellow cyclist, Alyssa Milligan, and all our fellow cyclists killed or injured by motorists.
We will ride in silence not exceeding 12 MPH. MJPD will escort us to and from the MJPD.

Tonight we number many but ride as one
In honor of those not with us, friends, mothers, fathers, sisters, sons
With helmets on tight and heads down low,
We ride in silence, cautious and slow
The wheels start spinning in the lead pack
But tonight we ride and no one attacks
The dark sunglasses cover our tears
Remembering those we held so dear
